About the IIS&R (COLIS Phase 2) Project
Project Methodology
The Prince2 Project Management Methodology was adopted for the project in 2003-2004. The methodology provided a consistent approach for all projects, improving project communication and participation for stakeholders in the project process.

Seminars and Workshops
Seminars and workshops were held during the research period in 2003, with presentations by the Education research and vendor partners. At the end of the main research period a series of free seminars were conducted around Australia to disseminate the findings.
